Rohan, once happily devoted his evenings and weekends to officiating matches. But as he delved deeper into grassroots football, he couldn't ignore the glaring inefficiencies plaguing the system. From referee secretaries to County FAs, leagues to managers, players to parents, everyone felt the strain. That's when he knew things had to change.

The absence of a centralised communication system for vital details like fixture appointments and match statuses led to confusion, unnecessary travels, time wastage, and immense frustration.

Rohan turned to his tech-savvy friend, Oliver, for help. Together, they embarked on a mission to develop a system that would streamline grassroots football administration, easing the burden on the dedicated volunteers who are the lifeblood of the game. In the five years since Rohan and Oliver founded Centre Circle (previously Refsuite), England has lost 800,000 sport volunteers.

Centre Circle is now being used by hundreds of leagues and many County FAs within England, improving the lives of those responsible for keeping our beautiful game alive.
